I tried this recipe and adjusted portions accordingly, great tasting but I added sherry, long green beans, cherry tomatoes halved, and parmesan cheese, and plenty of butter!

The ingredients together in this are not terrible, but not great either. However, the main problem is there is way, way too much heavy cream in this recipe. If I made this recipe again I would definitely cut the heavy cream in half, if not more, or cut it out entirely and use a different risotto recipe and just add the lobster in seperately.
