So good and so easy. Even better than what I have had at restaurants. Erin go bragh!

My personal variation uses demerara sugar instead of brown sugar. And it is really good.

Fantastic! After going to Ireland the one thing I noticed was the use of raw sugar not brown sugar in the coffee. However the did call it brown sugar. Highly recommend going to Ireland to have one, or two ;. Wonderful!!!

My first experience with a real Irish Coffee. One sip and I was hooked. Great flavor and contrast in this drink. Thank you!

This is my favorite alcoholic drink. Perfect for after a long workout or run. Heating the spoon helps a little for floating the heavy cream.

This is the best recipe for this drink! Each ingredient is key to this subtle, sweet and warm drink. Brown sugar provides a depth of flavor. My whiskey of choice is Tullamore Dew - smokey, sweet flavor. Real cream is a must - sipping this delicious drink through the cream - yum!!!
