Who needs to go to Philly when you can get the best of Philly at home. As a husband who rarely cooks, even I could not get this one wrong. Thanks a ton!

Hey- it isn't an authentic Philly cheese steak without the Cheeese Whiz. Whether you get it Whiz with or Whiz without (onions- it's gotta have the Whiz!! Oh man do I miss these- I'm going to have to make this for dinner this week now!!!

I wanted a simple steak sandwich and this is it!! I wasn't sure about the cheezwhiz...I'm not a real fan, but this really impressed me and my family...My husband compared this to a sandwich he had over the weekend at a Philly restaurant!! I used regular yellow onions and I buttered and toasted my hoagie rolls in the oven...Salt and pepper was enough seasoning...I used New York strip steaks...I will make these many more times...
