    I used milk instead of cream because it's a blended soup and doesn't need the milk fat to thicken it.

    My Whole family loved it! Easy to make as well. Perfect addition to our thanksgiving meal.

    This recipe is great! My five year old son helped make it with a pumpkin he brought home from school and it tastes wonderful. He even ate some of it!
