    The dish is great basic recipe, but lacks a distinct flavor. So, I coat the raw shrimp with Emeril's Essence seasoning. The flavor is just right. Also I add extra garlic.I am known throughout my family as the master of scampi. : Enjoy!!!!

    This is a standard scampi recipe and makes a good scampi. That said, it in not the recipe shown on the TV show. On the show the fireman mad a large pot of sauce and used chicken broth. Looks like someone got lazy and didn't take the time to get the right recipe here. Booo.

    I have to thank the fireman for many things and this is definitly one of them! My husband doesn't really like shrimp but now he requests it! Great and easy recipe,

    This is the tastiest scampi recipe I've ever tried. The only problem was cutting the ingredients down to suit 2 people! Thanks Firemen!!
