This is a great recipe for cheesecake that looks perfect when done. Just be sure to follow the directions exactly and it works like a charm and has a really smooth yummy flavor.

...but my cheesecake was still WAY too soft in the middle, even after a full night in the fridge. I followed the recipe to a T and still came out with a runny cheesecake. Maybe it's my oven but I think it needed to be cooked a bit more. Awesome flavor though and I'm not usually a big cheesecake fan.

I used this recipe when making a cheesecake for the first time. The recipe was easy to follow and my cheesecake turned out beautifully! The cheesecake definitely needs to chill at the very least 4 hours. The texture was creamy and less dense, but absolutely delicious.

This cheesecake was very good and it didn't crack. Mine cooked in the time the recipe stated, but I followed directions.
Wrap the pan in foil and pour BOILING water into the pan just prior to cooking.
The blueberry sauce was good too (I added some strawberries and cherries to mine so I had to add a little extra corn starch.
    Will make this recipe again.

This cheesecake is fantastic!!! It is so creamy and is lighter than most new york style cheesecakes you find in restaurants/stores. I'm not particularly fond of those. The blueberry sauce is pretty tasty too but since we like our sauces a bit thicker I added more blueberries and sugar

People said that this was the best cheese cake they've ever had, plus it was one of the easiest and cheapest to make.
