    I have always been disappointed with all the other cheesecakes I have made because they would get ugly cracks. I love this recipe! I have made it numerous times and never had a crack plus it's a fairly simple list of ingredients and directions. Any first time cheesecake maker should use this recipe!!!

    I have tried to make cheesecake several times and had just about given up when I decided to try this recipe. It really worked great. My husband enjoyed it and I got lots of wows from friends and family.

    The cooking time has got to be wrong. I added 10 minutes on and the cake was still a little loose. The taste was terrific but I think next time I will cook it for an additional 10 minutes.

    I am an inexperienced dessert maker, so I was a little afraid of making this, but it has come out great 3 times! I am getting requests to make it from family members for get togethers.
