I'm not a fan of collards, but I use a mixture of turnip and mustard greens with this recipe and they were great. My coworkers said they reminded them of the greens their mothers and grandmothers cooked. Will definitely used this recipes again and again and again. . . . .

My husband is very picky about his greens. We both enjoyed this recipe . I will make this again.

This is a very good collard green recipe. I used cooked smoked turky in place of the ham hocks.

I live in Atlanta and there are a great many fabulous southern cooks in the area. When I made Tyler's collard green recipe and took it to work I had so many compliments I was astonished. I knew they tasted fabulous to me the first time I made them, but I was suprised the harsh critics of all things southern decided these were the best greens ever!
