This recipe was harder to make than we anticipated, but it turned out well. We had trouble getting the potato separated from its skin, but it may have been easier if we had waited for them to cool. However, that seemed to take a long time. The bananas were a good addition, as was the maple syrup.

My family does not love sweet potatos like I do but they do now. This is soooo easy and everyone loved it. I have doen it with and without the nuts they liked it both ways. My hubby loved the bananas added to it.

the basic recipe is good, but there is too much maple syrup, cinnamon and pumpkin spice in it. Next time I would just halve it. Nice try Tyler.

While it takes a little prep, it's a great dish. The answer to my ultimate sweet potatoe dish for Thanksgiving dinner!
