These are the best 'volcano' cakes ever. Simple to make a lot of. I freeze them and then nuke them as needed - and you'd never know they'd been frozen (I believe the instructions are included for that. I think I have a few still in the freezer now - maybe will have one for breakfast!

Chef Marcel is very close to where we live. This is Fun to prepare a dessert that instead of driving there, can prepare at home and take Our Time.He LOVES Chocolate More Than Anyone I have Seen/Heard.Try and If too much can make into smaller bites...

I made these for my mom for mothers day, and they definitely looked impressive. The cake was a bit dry though. I'm not quite sure how to fix that. But overall, these were very tasty. Nice because they weren't to sweet. And the left over truffle makes a good candy just by itself.

This is a decadent treat, not too sweet, delicate... must serve with vanilla ice cream. It is bound to impress guests.
