The rub is quite good and this works well in the oven - 200 degrees F. for about 8 hours.

It takes 2 things to make good BBQ.
1 A great dry rub with garlic, paprika, onion and brown sugar
2 burbon!
This is THE recipe if you want the best ribs. You can change the rub, add your own tasty ingredients, but leave the garlic, paprika, onion, brown sugar and make sure you marinate with the burbon.
