This is great for a party of people serve with a sweet cole-slaw but it does equire alot of beer make sure it is one you will drink.

The recipe was very good. However, a very crucial step was eliminated that may give more novice users some trouble. If the potatos are cooked for 45 minutes over medium heat without turning, you will be smelling the smoke alarms!
