    I made only the Rockfish portion of this recipe (we substituted the green beans for Basmati Rice with Parmesan and Artichoke Hearts--YUMMY!, and it was absolutely delicious. The Balsamic Vinegar Reduction was a wonderful compliment to the other flavors (including the Parmesan Rice.

    Doesn't overcome the natural taste of the fish.
