    Very good but I added some seasoning salt for more flavor (Tastefully Simples Seasoning Salt I had never made mashed potatoes out of red potatoes but I actually prefer them to regular potatoes now.

    We loved this recipe, we used fillet mignon instead of the strip steak. We also substituted rainbow peppercorn for the green(couldn't find it at the storeand it turned out great!

    This meal works perfetly together, the flavours combine, its a perfect family dinner that i made for my parents (im 18 My dad has high standards and he said it was the best steak hes ever had:

    So easy and turned out perfect. Didn't make the steak. We made it with crab cakes instead but both these recipes were awesome!
