Excellent cookies! I won runner-up in a potato contest with these cookies!

These are amazingly fluffy inside and so easy to make. Take the time to cream your sugar and butter until it looks like an icing. If your sweet potatoes have strings in them, that doesn't matter. They cook out. I used chocolate chip morsels in mine as well as some chili powder for a different kick. All is yum!

These cookies are wonderful! They are moist and taste so good, you would think they are hard to make, but they are not. My son and his family came over and ate almost the whole batch. My husband said they were special for holidays, ate another and said no, we can't wait for a holiday, please make them again. Thanks Saptosa!!!

These were really good! Perfect for the holidays. You don't have to be southern to like these. They are good with the frosting, but you really don't need it. You can actually taste the cookie better without it. Definitely bake them the day you eat them, they get so soft the next day that they fall apart when you pick them up.

I think was a very unique cookie. I have never had a cookie with sweet potatoes but I found it to be very tasty. Maybe it has something with me being from the South also.
