I loved this recipe. I added more soy sauce than the recipe called for (3 tbls and also added some green onion. Instead of using skewers I shaped them into thin oval patties and they turned out great. I would recommend turning the chicken a few times wiht tongs during the broiling process so you don't burn or over cook them. I skipped the chili part all together and used wasabi mustard for wasabi mayo as I had it on hand instead of the wasabi paste. I would definitely make these again!

These were ok, but not great. The flavor was just mediocre. Trying to form the meat on the skewers without it falling off was difficult. I won't make these again.

The seasoning makes this dish. I tried with chicken and also with ground turkey. My children liked the chicken, but wouldn't touch the Wasabi. I too found it hard not to overcook and dry out the chicken...hard to visualize done based on the colors added and texture.

Very flavorful! My dish turned out pretty well even though my chicken was a little dry because I over cooked it & I subed the mayo with miracle whip (picked up the wrong jar at the store.
