THIS WAS GREAT LOVED IT...I do make a lot of mess when I cook but it was worth the mess. My husband gave me a great big kiss....The dressing was wonder full. I already got another idea how to use the dressing. The pear gave it a great kick. Will make this over and over.

This salad was sooo good! The flavors are outstanding. This was very easy to make. We loved the kick you get with the cayenne pepper on the sugared pecans. Will definetly be making this again. Just as someone else has already said, if this was 5th place then what was the 1st-4th place dishes like??

I will be making this again! In fact, I don't think I have a choice. My boyfriend, who doesn't normally like chicken, loved this recipe so much he was boasting about it to his friends for a week. He had me buy some more panko when we were recently at the Asian market so I could be prepared to make it again. Great recipe!

This a fantastic salad and dressing. I followed the recipe exactly. The only thing I had to substitute was walnuts for the pecans. But they were delicious in the dressing and sugared. In fact my husband & I couldn't stop eating them right out of the pan. The chicken and dressing were both so yummy and all the ingredients went really well together. I found with the dressing a little went a long way. Once I lightly dressed the salad & put the chicken on top no more dressing was needed. I also added some mandarin oranges & avocado. I will definitely make this again!

We loved this recipe!! We're not big on pears and considered using apples but settled on just a few red grapes, halved. We also used only half the blue cheese crumbles. This is definitely a keeper. Be sure to serve it with some warm bread to sop up the last of the dressing.
If this took 5th place, I can't wait to try 1st!

Made this last night and my husband said that it was the best salad dressing that he ever had. Followed the recipe exactly and yum. The dressing is a bit thick but any excess water on the greens with thin the dressing to a easy to spread consistency.
Thank you for coming up with a wonderful recipe!

Made this last night after seeing a re-run of the Food Network challenge. I used plain, chopped pecans because I was out of cayenne (will try sugared pecans next time. It was absolutely delicious! It had a great blend of flavors (not pungent at all, unless you don't like blue cheese I suppose. I halved the recipe for me and my husband and ended up with two large dinner salads plus enough leftovers for one more. Will definitely make again.

I was entertaining two special friends and wanted a luncheon salad that would be above the ordinary...THIS WAS IT. You won't go wrong making this salad.
