This burger was amazing. The meat is so flavorful! It is filling, though, so keep the sidedishes light.

This burger is the best I have tried yet. It is easy to substitute things on the menu also...If you dont have all of the ingredients handy. We substituted the sun dried tomatoes with roasted red bell pepper. Its a great recipe that you can make your on with small touches. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

This has become a favorite for my fiance and I, and we've made it several times now. Because the portions are so big though, we're going to start making significantly thinner burgers. Tip: try not to lump the filling into the middle or you get a good 4 bites of nothing but burger. The key is to really spread the filling out. :

Super easy burgers with tons of flavor. Even the fussy eaters in the family loved them! I used fresh spinach instead of lettuce and a soft italian bread instead of foccacia. Perfect for a summer night!

I made this feta sun-dried tomato stuffed prosciutto burger for my family and got lots of wows. The only reason it didn't get a five star rate from me was because the feta tended to overpower some of the other flavors making the balance a little off. Other than that it was was an amazing burger.
