I used sirlon, flank would be good to. The ginger & garlic make a great flavor together. This recipe is going into my box tonight!

I made this with ramen noodles and rice vinegar, it was a hit. Flat iron steaks, around here, do not exist, so I substituted. I think flank steak would work well too. We really enjoyed the ginger and garlic flavor, so this will remain in my recipe file.
