    Yes it is some work, but everyone will have so much fun trying this. We are planning a Spam party cook off ( As I call it a white trash dinner and I will be serving this. I dipped the meat in egg and then rolled in Panko bread crumbs and fried it. It helps keep the meat attached to the bone. Careful not to pull the bone out. I drizzled a little BBQ suace over it for presentation. Once you have it plated it will be perfect. Remember to carefully stick the bone into the chunck of SPAM. Hope you have a great time!

    Impress your friends on your kitchen skills and do this for a Spam Party. It is time consuming for prep but a bueatiful presentation.
