This cupcake came out horrible, the batter tasted very good but they fell. Also every thing is in oz and it was annoying to convert everything. Overall try another recipe.

These were the best cupcakes I have ever made! Like one of the reviewers below I wish they would have said how many eggs instead of oz. However, I did use 4 eggs & 4 egg whites and it came out delicious anyway. Cupcakes were moist and fluffy. Also I did use Ghiradelli bittersweet chocolate morsels so maybe that did help a little. Will definitely bake the again.

This recipe would have been good if the ingredient list was written "normally" instead of all in ounces. I mean who lists ingredients as 4 ounces of eggs? i read it wrong and used 4 egg yolks and 4 egg whites. When the cupcakes came out too flimsy and too lite, I realized my error - that I should have only used 2 whites and 2 yolks. May have been good cupcakes if I would have read properly - but didn't like the way list was written.

I think these would have been good, if i added more flour due to the fact i live in Wyoming! They puffed up really really big then sunk in! it was a disaster! I do beleive it was from the high altitude, so beware of that! Otherwise i thought the dough was quite tasty!:
