Wow. Moist, flavorful, easy, and fun to eat. Don't change anything. Find some great ciabatta rolls and enjoy. We did.

Saw this win the alternative burger and felt that I had to make it. I thought that the sopresetta was a strange ingredient, but it truly made the burger. I am not sure that the taste of the porcini came through enough. I added plain yogurt to the cheese mixture and some mint to the burger. I also used fresh, thick pita instead of ciabatta. Be sure to cut the burger in half before serving to release some of the liquid, or the pita will get too moist. This is a great recipe and was relatively easy to make.
