No wonder this was a prize winner! Delicious AND refreshing. Not sure about the previous reviewer -- I didn't have any problems. Don't let them deter you. This is a definite keeper.

This looks like it would taste great, and having baked many a pie in my time, I can figure it out, but for inexperienced bakers, there really should be directions as to how to BAKE the crust!
