Yummy Recipe. I added a little more milk to make a thinner batter. Will continue to use.

This recipe made the fluffiest pancakes I've come across. Since the first time I made them I reduced the baking powder to 1 teaspoon so they aren't so bubbly and sometimes I use buttermilk if I have it. Still not my Dad's Sweetmilk Griddlecakes (that recipe died with him, but my family loves them!

I thought it was easy but quite bland. I added honey and cinnamon and still thought it needed more. Great base for making flavored pancakes!

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this recipe. The only thing I added was a splash of vanilla (but I even add that to the box mixes so nothing new there. They were very fluffy and I had no complaints. The only problem, if you can call it that, was that they needed more syrup because they were so fluffy! Definitely keeping this.

How this recipe got 4 stars I'll never know. They were fluffy, but that was the only good thing about them. I won't make them again.

Delicious basic recipe! I added a tsp. or two of lemon juice for some tang.

This is a total keeper. This morning I ran out of my box mix so I decided to try this recipe. It was fantastic plus the ingredients were already in my pantry. My husband and children loved them. I will be adding to this recipe in the future. I can just imagine how yummy this will be with pecans, apples, etc mixed into this batter. Yummy!

This is a good recipe to launch from. It's the base. Now you decide if it needs more milk, additional ingredients, etc. I am saving this as my go to recipe for a pancake base.
