Very good pancakes, we added 1 tsp of vanilla, and used self raising flour and it was great!

I did not use any salt and increased the sugar another 1/4 cup. Excellent results!

Just made these and they came out great. The only thing I changed about this recipe is that you only put it 1 Teaspoon of Baking powder not 1 Tablespoon. If you follow the recipe with the change in amount of baking soda, you'll have the perfect pancake. It seems as good as the boxed pancake mix.I made them with bananas on top and boy I swear I was eating banana pudding.- Oh and I added more milk , so it wouldn't be too pasty.

I didn't give it a 5 because it was a little fresh for my sweet tooth, but if you like your pancakes not too sweet its a 5! The pancakes are nice and fluffy and are the perfect base to make fantastic creations. I added some extra sugar and vanilla on this first try. Maybe next I'll get some pumpkin spice...ooooooooooooh. 0_o
