I'm not an expert in the cookie baking field, but these are pretty hard cookies to make! Its hard to make them fold nicely, the filling ooozes out everywhere, to the point there is nothing left on the inside. Did not turn out at all how I expected. I even watched the show twice.

i liked these a lot, but i know that next time i might make some changes. i think i would roll the dough thinner in order to add more filling. i ended up with a lot of left over filling. also my cookies took much longer to turn golden brown..twice as long.
other than that i am big fan

I love peach cobbler so I was very excited to try these newtons. My family loved them. I think Saptosa is very creative and keep up the good work. Looking forward to see her at some more competitions.
