Full of flavor and great range of textures with the crunch of slaw, creaminess of avocado, and tender meat. I will absolutely make this again.

It was a fabulous burger! I was skeptical because it seemed a bit fussy but it was fabulous. The avocado crema punctuated the lime slaw. It was sublime.

I used 85% lean beef for this, and it still came out delicious. However, i would recommend a less leaner meat for more flavor.

I invited 2 other couples over for an "informal burger tasting" and we thought this one beat the winner. I wouldn't change a thing about this. I was skeptical at first, but I followed the recipe exactly for everything. My husband could not stop raving about it, he was trying to take my burger and trade me for the "California" one. The best burger I have ever had. Thanks a lot.

We were skeptical of all the toppings together, but it was really good and everything blended/complimented really well. Note: Don't forget to season your hamburger before cooking, or the meat (despite all the rojo sauce will still be bland.
