Great recipe. The sauce is amazing. I agree with the other posts, you can use it on anything.

I make this sauce and serve over sauted shrimp and pasta all the time..This sauce has many uses ie other seafood, chicken and vegetables.

To make a stronger garlic flavor, I roast 2 heads in oven and squeeze out and wisk into sauce..As you know, roasted garlic is delicious as it takes on a sweet property..If you're short on time like most of us are, just saute shrimp (sometimes I add sea scallops as well om EVOO, bay seasoning and fresh ground pepper..Add chopped fresh flat leaf italion parsley and you favorite cheese over your favorite pasta...Great for family or company..always a hit..

Didn't go to the trouble of stuffing the shrimp just added sauteed shrimp to sauce at the very end and poured it all over the pasta. Very good. I did add a good amount of fresh ground pepper, some sun dried tomatoes, italian parsley, romano cheese and only 1/2 the anchovie paste called for to suit our own tastes.

This was great. I also used the Garlic sauce in a apptitizer under bacon wraped shrimp and that was also great.
