Used this recipe as is and grilled some ribeyes to medium. They were "slap your Mama, good". Just let her eat the steak first and she won't mind the slap.☺

Great recipe with a couple of minor changes, some from other reviewers. We used fresh minced garlic, onion powder and olive oil with the paprika, etc. Grilled porterhouse steaks last night and our guests RAVED about them!

Since I need a heart healthy option I used this with freshly chopped garlic, olive oil, and omitted salt/pepper. Nice flavorful taste. The boyfriend likes!

I usually don't like marinades, so when I saw this rub(and this is more of a rub than a marinade I thought I would give a try and it was great! My wife and I really enjoyed it! I let my 1 1/2 pound sirloin sit covered in the fridge for about 4 hours, then grilled it to a perfect medium rare!

I have never cooked what I thought was a good steak....until tonight! Everyone loved it and the steaks were so tender! will never use anything else. (I broiled them in the oven I did add a little worcestershire just before putting them in the oven so I did not use much salt.

If you're out of marinades, chances are you'll have most of these ingredients around the house. It's quick, and it does have a good taste.

good rub-nothing earth shattering and i wouldn't call it a marinade.
was wondering why penelopiepink said too salty when this recipe doesn't tell you how much salt to use?
