I use the recipe to make my fajitas and it is wonderful. If you have time marinade the longer period, but still good if you don't.

Very moist and flavorful chicken. I only marinated for 2 hours and decreased amount of tequila to 1 cup.

I must admit, I am not a fan of tequila at all. As a matter of fact, I dispise the smell of tequila, however this recipe was great! There is no taste of tequila once the chicken comes off the gril. Couple this with Rachael Ray's "spicy rice", and it's a hit! To find the rice recipe, look for Rachael's recipe for "sliced chili rubbed flank steak on spicy rice"

My husband and I have made this several times, and is always a hit. Tip: don't substitute fresh lime juice or oj for bottled. It real alters the end result.

Just an excellent recipe all the way around. Easy, flavorful and figure friendly. I marinated our chicken for 5 hours and the flavor was great.
Served with Rachel's Spicy Rice recipe and wow! This one's a keeper.
