    I made these cookies for my son's 4th birthday party. We cut them out into firetruck shapes and then decorated them with royal icing and fondant. They were absolutely adorable and delicious. They have a soft moist cakey texture everyone raved about. Thank you Mary for submitting this recipe definately a keeper.
