You'll need 1 bottle (750 ml) vodka, 80 orange Skittles (from a 14-ounce bag) and a 7-ounce package of quality soft black licorice. Divide the vodka between two large glass jars; add the Skittles to one, then cut the licorice into smaller pieces and add to the other jar. Let the Skittles infuse for 1 day, then strain through a sieve lined with a coffee filter (it will take several hours to strain). Let the licorice infuse for 2 to 3 days, then strain. Serve the vodka on the rocks with candy garnishes.
