Simple Syrup:

Directions

  1. Combine the Super Green Juice, gin and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Super Green Juice:

Yield: 8 to 10 ounces
  1. Juice, in this order, the lemons, apple, romaine, cucumber and greens, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.

Simple Syrup:

Yield: About 1 1/2 cups
  1. Bring the sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and cool the syrup to room temperature. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 month.
