These are fantastic! So soft & light, they were gone in no time. Very simple to make too!

You serious? You really want to make me believe serious chefs buy yeast by the envelope? The recipe would be much more helpful if it said how many tea spoons/grams or ounces of yeast I need.

These are great. I had some questions when I dissolved my yeast. It doesn't really get "foamy" unless you put sugar in it. I was worried there was something wrong with the yeast. They did look a little small going in the oven but they came out perfect! Exactly what I was looking for.

I have to say that these were so tasty, so far the best tasting bread sticks I have ever made! My whole family enjoyed these, and there were no leftovers!

I loved these. I found the recipe to be easy to follow and delicious. I made one substitution, I used 1T kosher salt instead of fine salt--it was what I had. Next time, in lieu of kosher salt, garlic powder and oregano I would use garlic salt. I think that would be much more similar to OG and better suit our tastes.

This isn't a good recipe. The outside seasoning for the breadstick is fine, but the bread itself has a poor texture. I've been working with yeast doughs for 30 years--my mom started me early--and I bake bread a minimum of once a week, so it is saying something that this is one of the worst recipes I've tried, but it is.

I was skeptical when I first tried this out because usually bread has to rise twice for 45 minutes each but omg I was so impressed! This turned out amazing and I even screwed it up! A good way to get your bread to rise is to preheat your oven to 100 degrees...after it's done preheating, turn it off, and then put your bread in there to rise. I didn't bake these in a normal oven, but for anyone that has a NuWave oven, bake for 15 minutes on Power HI...PERFECT!! Also, mix the garlic salt and oregano into the melted butter before brushing it on top (instead of sprinkling the spices on top and make sure you oil ANYTHING that the bread touches otherwise it will be a sticky mess! Will definitely be making these again!
