The pancakes taste delicious. I also made the strawberry topping and it was very good. I did have trouble distributing the cheesecake evenly throughout all of my pancakes. If I make these again, I might drop the cheesecake chunks immediately after I've poured the batter in the skillet. Other than that, the recipe was very simple to make.

These are very good and very definitely just as good as the ones at IHOP. I found them just a bit heavy for breakfast, but they are nice for brunch.

Yummy! Make sure you cut the cheesecake into large chunks to ensure that the individual pieces do not melt into the batter while cooking. I'm interested in trying the Betty Crocker recipe below as it does not require the purchase of an entire cheesecake.

Betty Crocker makes a similar recipe. Takes about the same amount of time and is very simple. The ingredients though...gross. My favorite part of cheese cake is the cheese cake. Not the crust. I love this recipe! I looked it up after trying them at IHOP. My husband and kids loved them! Thanks food network!!

My new favorite breakfast! It's easy to make, they look pretty, and they taste like they took forever to make. It took me less than 10 minutes to make a special Christmas breakfast for my family! These pancakes were a huge hit with my kids, husband, and in laws.

These turned out light and fluffy. Taste very close to IHop's.

I cheated and used pancake mix. Came out great. Will follow directions next time and not cut corners. 10 dollar frozen cheesecake? I live in NYC and can get a frozen one for 5 bucks. Heck, I can buy a cheap fresh one for 6 bucks and freeze it myself.

I notice a couple of reviews written by practical people -- seems like an extravagantly expensive breakfast dish, and one that's ultra-sweet!

Well, to me it doesn't appear to be a quick, healthy breakfast to whip up for the kids on my way out the door. It DOES seem to be a crazy, labor-intensive birthday gift meal for my pancake-loving, cheesecake-loving husband and that's just what he's going to get. Once a year only!
