For schnooks156_11147092 from Neshanic Station, NJ You preheat the oven so as you are making them the finished ones can go in a warm oven while you are making the rest. Hope this answers your question.

I made these for my husband for our anniversary and he loves them! Tells all my friends about them and I have to keep forwarding the recipe. I make my own strawberry syrup and it is so yummy! Very rich, I have to control how often he gets them. He would eat them every day!

Absolutely delicious! the strawberry jam with the real (unfrozen strawberries were amazing. I loved how the recipe called for fresh strawberries. it was fresh and sweet but not over powering. I have made these pancakes a couple of times and they are so so so good! I tried making my own buttermilk (reg. milk and vinegar and they turned out perfect!

Made them for Mother's Day today. Mom and the kids loved them, and I loved them too (that is saying a lot, since I normally am not a fan of pancakes. Go with a double batch, because the first set will disappear fast!

These look delicious! I am anxious to try them so am planning on getting the ingredients soon-- for the cut up cheesecake does that mean just one of those prepared Sara Lee or Eli's in the frozen foods? My mouth is watering just thinking about these!

Made this for dinner tonight with organic flour and berries. Also substituted Splenda in the batter and used sugar-free Smucker's. Whipped my own heavy cream and served with turkey sausage links. Served to my super picky children and non-dieting husband... NEW FAVORITE MEAL:

p.s. @ Schnooks- Preheating the oven is just to keep the pancakes warm while more are on the griddle.

I haven't made them yet, but I have a question about the recipe before making them. Why do I need to preheat the oven to 200 degrees?
