We made a double batch of these for my family of 7 and it was unanimously agreed that these were out-of-this-world delicious! We loved biting into the chunks of cheesecake and the strawberry topping complemented the sweet pancakes perfectly. If you like strawberries at all, I recommend doubling the strawberry topping recipe.

Just picked up the latest May 2011 copy of the Food Network Magazine 'cause I saw this recipe on the cover. Tried it out last Sunday for brunch and it turned out really well! Read my review here: bit.ly/i3Si3B
I've only ever had IHOP's New York Cheesecake Pancakes once ever (I'm a Canadian, we don't have IHOPs near me, but I was definitely impressed at how well this copycat recipe imitates the "top secret" real version. Two thumbs up!

These pancakes are a hit! They were so tasty and filling. I would have mentioned that there are leftovers after two adults and a toddler ate them but an hour and a half after breakfast my son asked for more, so no more leftovers. Oh and I must mention how easy they are to make too. Thank you Food Network magazine for such a great recipe!

Just received my foodnetwork magazine and the mail today and this receipe was on the front cover and the picture of the pankcakes with the strawberries on top made my mouth water so i decided to run out to the store and buy the ingredients to try it out!! These pancakes were out of this world!!!!!!!!! They were so easy to make and were a hit for our Sunday Morning breakfast. The fresh buttermilk pankcake mix with the chunks of cheesecake and strawberries were a perfect mix and every bite was heavenly. I made this batch for just my husband and I, so we had alot of batter left over, but if you have a bigger family to feed, this recipe makes a good amount of pancakes. 2 thumbs up all the way!
