Oh so good and we wiped out the whole entire bowl! Next time and there will be a next time I am going to double the recipe! I made homemade tortilla chips to go along with it....BRILLIANT!! Next time I may add some avocados!

LOVE this recipe, it's my go-to salsa for entertaining and get-togethers. Everyone loves the flavors, it turns out perfectly!

I really liked this recipe! Nice change from regular salsa or Pico de Gallo. I added quartered grape tomatoes to it but other than that...stuck right with the recipe. Oh, and I grilled the corn according to Bobby Flay's recipe on this site. Other than THAT, I followed the recipe. LOL Very nice!

This recipe is FANTASTIC. I have made it about a dozen times since I got the recipe out of the Food Network magazine last year. I follow the recipe exactly, and it is sooooo yummy! Every time I've made it, I've doubled it, and it comes out beautifully.

I have made for years an almost identical recipe...the only difference is I add a can of drained black beans. This is always a good go-to recipe...easy and quick to make and always a good, fresh taste.

This was great!!! I made it to go along side re-created Chipotle Burrito Bowls. Amazing! I wasn't sure if it would have enough flavor because the ingredient list is small, but I had nothing to worry about. I used frozen corn and couldn't be happier. The only adjustment made was adding more corn, about 1 1/2 cups total. Delicious!

LOVE IT!!! This has become my new party snack and all my friends request me to make it for them. I like the way the recipe tastes but I made some changes of my own. I diced the poblanos and jalapeno then sauteed them in olive oil cooking spray with a thin layer of garlic powder until charred...YUM!

Loved it! It tastes exactly what it is supposed to be copying! I used canned corn instead, and it still turned out perfect! Definitely a recommend for people who love Chipotle.
