Great recipe, friends asked that I not loose it. Made as written, with fresh corn. Served as a side with BBQ.

Can you say; "Um, Um, GOOD"! This salsa is the bomb! I made it for my grown kids. They liked it so much, I had to double the recipe the next time. The taste is full bodied, but light and refreshing. I used fresh corn. It's a great change from, or addition to traditional tomato based salsa. Definitely a keeper.

Tasted great! I made it for a couple of friends who don't like spicy foods, so I substituted the peppers for a green bell pepper. It was a hit! Just don't forget to add the lime. We had to add a little more for flavor. Also, we used canned corn kernels and it turned out fine!"

Yummy. Light. Forgot to add poblano - still good. Doubled recipe for a croud. Two jalapenos was too much for me - whether doubling or not, will just stick to one next time. Love the cilantro and sweet corn combo. Served it with chips as its own 'salsa' but would be great in a taco salad or in tacos/burritos.

Very, very delicious!! I made it as written and tasted it! Wow! Then I thought, why waste the other half of the poblano? I chopped it up and tossed it in. Even better. This is a great salsa on its own, but it also could be an excellent base for expansion... a few black beans, maybe a chopped tomato, a diced firm avocado and a dash of cumin. Will definitely add to my Food Network cookbook. Can't wait to try it again.
