i love this recipe. The only thing i am doing different is that i strain 3 cups of whole milk yogurt by lining a wire mesh strainer with cheese cloth and placing it over a bowl for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. I then add 2C whole milk yogurt to the strained yogurt , corn syrup and sugar. i enjoy squeezing lemon juice into the yogurt and then adjusting the sweetness. i use the kitchenaid ice cream attachment and find that after running this recipe throught the cycle it is best to then place the frozen yogurt in the freezer for 1 hour. this method yeilds the best consistency. If i am planning to serve frozen yogurt at 6 pm i complete the cycle and place the yogurt in the freezer at 5pm.

LOVED this! There is a place in DC called Sweetgreen and this yogurt tastes exactly like it! I added dried cranberries into the yogurt after it was done mixing, and it was absolutely perfect!

Most fabulous! Whenever I serve with/as dessert, while entertaining, I am continuously asked for the recipe!

LOVED this yogurt! I had been spending lots of money at Yogurtland when it came into town because finally a place opened up that sold frozen yogurt that tasted like YOGURT. All the other places tasted like ice cream which I guess is what some people want. And if you want ice cream tasting frozen yogurt this isn't the recipe for you. : Loved the tart, loved the taste and will be making it again. :

This was awesome and so simple. I followed the recipe but used non fat greek yogurt and regular sugar processed until finer in texture. Yum yum Top with fruit and sliced almonds and I was in heaven

I tried this "Almost-Famous" recipe and it was FAMOUS with my in-laws. I added peaches and a little bit of brown sugar on top--it was to die for! Great recipe! :
P.S. For all you froyo lovers out there in the EAST COAST--I just found out about a NEW frozen yogurt place opening in the Clifton Promenade Shops in New Jersey called CUPS Frozen Yogurt. I heard they are giving away FREE yogurt from 1PM-10PM on Grand Opening day-I think it's November 12th. Don't quote me--I stumbled upon it at facebook.com/cupsfrozenyogurt Check it out for yourself! I'll be there! :

I made this for a dinner party I had and what a hit! It was so easy 2 minutes of putting ingredients together and 20 for the machine to do its work. Everyone was so impressed. I served it with strawberries, raspberries and chocolate chips. It was healthy light and delicious, I can't wait to make it again!

This was the first frozen yogurt recipe I ever made. I'm a big fan of homemade ice cream, but I wanted something with less fat and calories. This recipe was super simple. I had to "tweak" it a bit based on what I had on hand. I doubled the recipe, but I used 32 oz. of whole milk yogurt and 24 oz. of nonfat greek yogurt instead of the half-regular, half-greek combination. Also, I used all the corn syrup I had (4 oz. and increased the sugar to just a bit to make up for it, approximately 1 1/4 cup. (Remember, I doubled the recipe. I was very impressed with the consistency of the yogurt. The flavor was perfect too. It was just what I expected: sweet, tangy, smooth, and creamy. I love it straight from the freezer, but I'm looking forward to eating it with fresh berries or with a reduction of blackberry dessert wine on top. I highly recommend this recipe (or a slight modification to anyone that loves frozen yogurt!

This recipe was delicious! I've never tried Pinkberry frozen yogurt but am a huge fan of Red Mango's frogurt. This recipe is so simple and easy, and the results were very surprising. Just the right amount of sweetness to tang. I made mine with all whole fat plain yogurt (it was the only yogurt in the fridge which was great, but will definitely try the low fat and nonfat variations. My only problem was getting the consistency just right...but then again it could have been my ice cream maker. I was so excited to try this recipe that I used the canister before it was frozen. Anyway, definitely a recipe worth trying!!
