Love love loved these! My only advice is this: the third time I was making these I realized at last second that I was out of cream for the sauce. I substituted half a cup of white chocolate chips instead and it came out ten times better! I'm definitely using white chocolate chips the next time I'm making these!

So delicious! It is true, that the cake itself isn't that sweet - but that's the way you want it. In combination with the sauce and ice cream - it hits just right. I would say this recipe serves 12, because it is rich. Excellent - just follow it to the T!

Loved these so much I made them twice in a row. Equally good without sauce.

The cake itself is not very sweet, so you have to serve it with ice cream. The caramel sauce is good. I will not make this again. It was just So-so. My guests liked it, but maybe they were just being polite.

This recipes comes closest to matching the ones you find in major chains. Absolutly delicious!!!! So easy, however, I doubled the sauce just so everyone would have plenty.

I used white chocolate morsels instead of chunks of white chocolate, and my friends and I absolutely loved this recipe! It is very similar to the original blondie: chewy and delicious when topped with ice cream and the caramel sauce!

My husband and his friends LOVED these. Be careful not to overcook. They are better when they are a little gooey rather than cakey. YUM YUM YUM! So easy, yet impressive.

This is so good. My husband went crazy over these. I especially loved the caramel sauce. I did not have ice cream so I just whipped some heavy cream with a little bit of sugar and served over the top. This is a keeper.

These are VERY yummy! EXCEPT, I melted the butter before I mixed it with the brown sugar; I halved the recipe (since I was only making it for two people, and since it calls for 3 eggs, I put one egg and one egg yolk; also, I skipped the baking soda and baking powder to render a more dense, chewy blondie. I might've overcooked it by a few minutes cause the edges were tough, I should've cooked it for about 23-25 minutes.. otherwise, these were great!

Blondies do have more fun. This easily prepared dessert absolutely delivers satisfication. I used white chocolate morsels. I also experimented with the ice cream flavor vs sticking with vanilla (peanut butter, for the curious. I happened to be entertaining several Appleby's fans and one corporate guy...thumbs up. Easy on the cook; delightful on the palate. This recipe is a keeper.
