I am an experienced cook and will try this recipe but this is the way I have been making it and it is always a sucess. I use a box mix of really dark good chocolate, bake as directed in large muffin tins. When cool, cut off the top as directed in this recipe. Put a big scoop of bottled hot fudge sauce in each, put the top back on and put them in the freezer. When ready to serve put one on a plate and pop in microwave til warm (check your microwave. A big dollop of whip cream on top. Always a hit. I know this is not the venue for easy recipes but it is so easy. The secret is good quality mix and sauce. Enjoy

More like almost edible. This recipe is much better with late night bacon instead of chocolate.

tried to use ramekins, my cakes bubbled over and the centers fell in. I even measured to be sure they were 10 oz. They look terrible! I'll give another shot with brioches if I can find them in my area.

this recipe is better than the chocolate molten cake served at Chili's but not better than their white chocolate molten cake, Which by the way I would love to learn how to make.

Amazing!!!! Tastes better than Chili's (the restaurant they tried to "copycat" I don't have a stand mixer/paddle attachment, so I used a regular mixer and it turned out great. I also used semisweet chocolate instead of bittersweet and did not add any corn syrup. This was much easier than I imagined!!!
