Needed a dessert for husband's event so we did a test run because I am not that great of a cook. It was awesome. It has the perfect balance of cheesecake to pumpkin flavor.

I've tried other pumpkin cheesecake recipes and was disappointed with most of them. I made this last night and had it for breakfast. This recipes is perfect! I love the flavor and texture. Not that overpowering creamcheese or pumpkin flavor that some have. The spices are right-on also. It was worth the time and effort. I will definetly make this again. Next time I will make the crust with toasted pecans in it. Good job, Foodnetwork!

I made this cheesecake for dessert last night and it was amazing. The pumpkin was not too overpowering and gave the cheesecake a nice flavor; it was like eating a very creamy pumpkin pie. My family also gave it rave reviews and my boyfriend told me that it was professional quality.
