    Exactly what I was looking for, and an easy success the first attempt. Everyone loved it, so I was glad I could make a lot more than the orders at Bonefish Grill served.

    I made this last night, it was extremely good I used jumbo shrimp and still came out great I would make this again. I have had the bonefish version I still love it. But I do give credit to this recipe it's very similar.

    This is the best home frying recipe I've ever managed to achieve with great results! Easy and not too messy. Shrimp are delicious - batter is just right and sauce is flavorful.

    I tried Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish Grill for the first time a couple weeks ago on my birthday, and loved it. When Food Network magazine came and had the recipe, I was skeptical that it would be so simple. But, this recipe delivered.

    We used a mild chili sauce so my toddler daughter could eat it. I also did some cubed chicken breast with the same recipe, because my wife doesn't care for shrimp. All came out fantastic. You probably won't need all the sauce when you toss it, just moist is great.

    I have never been a great deep fat fryer but this recipe suggested the thermometer (why hadn't I thought of that before? and all turned out perfect.
