We did really like this - it needs a little more zing - next time will add more "stuff", but this one went pretty fast!

I did not put in the tomato's and added more dry mustard. I thought it needed more zip for our taste. Other wise it is great

tasted like mayo and strong vinegar.....too much vinegar, not much flavor

I've been making macaroni salad for a few year years based on my mother-in-laws recipe which is delicious, however she doesn't use any measurements. I was trying to find a good dressing recipe so that I could always produce consistent results. This one sounded good, but I was somewhat disappointed with it. I thought the mustard was too overpowering. Also I didn't care for the taste with the apple cider vinegar (I usually use red wine vinegar which I think tastes better. Guess I just need to work harder on perfecting my current recipe.

This is a great basic pasta salad- I made it as written this time, but next time I will definitely add more ingredients, like cheese cubes, salami cubes, and more veggies. It is simple and good as is, but with other ingredients it would be even better!

I had a family BBQ and made the Macaroni salad. I actually doubled the recipe and added an orange pepper to it, there was nothing left!! Everyone loved it. All the kids went back for seconds!!!
