this recipe was out of this world. i was having guests over tonight (9 people and i tripled the recipe and didnt have leftovers. i was angry that i didnt make more! It was definitely kid friendly as a little girl was present and she wanted seconds & thirds!! I used curly parsley, no tomato, no dry mustard, it was still a hit!

This recipe is a definite keeper and a great summer time dish.... :

I made it for a brisket cookout Memorial Day and it was a hit. I added extra mayo and some cheese crumbles and I also enhanced it with celery salt and garlic salt. Everyone really enjoyed it. I will definitely make it again. . . .

This is one of the best macaroni salads I've ever had. It is a little sweet from the sugar, a little tart from the vinegar - yum! I left out the tomato and threw in some English peas and shredded cheese. I would have added cubed ham, but didn't have any on hand. So good! Beware of the onions though - even soaked they are still STRONG.

I found it a little dry for our taste; so we doubled the sauce and it was the hit at all parties we took it to. VERY EASY TO MAKE.

I have been searching for a good macaroni salad for a long time and i have finally found it. the dressing is sooo good and this takes almost no time to make! I added some shredded cucumber for some added crunch and a little bit of finely chopped pickles. Water chestnuts would also be good in this for some added texture. I am IN LOVE WITH THIS! thank you so much!!

This was good, but I found after letting it sit in the fridge to chill it became dry. I guess next time I will make sure all my ingredents are chilled before I start....including my macaroni.

I loved this recipe. Especially because I typically have all the ingredients on hand and can make it at a moments notice.

I made this for a birthday party to along with Hamburgers & Hot Dogs - it was a HUGE success. I'm not a tomato person, but I think the tomatoes made the salad - it added just the right flavor. I also added about a cup more mayo. And an additional 1/4 cup of sugar because I thought it had just a tad too much vinegar. I made twice the recipe and we had a bit left over, I actually had someone come back later that night just to get more macaroni salad to eat for dinner!! Everyone loved it and I'll definitely be making it again. I still had a little left over and ate it two days later and I think it was better than the first day!

I thought this was a good recipe but felt it needed a little zip. I added diced Candy Krisp pickles and it was fantastic. I made it without and then with and then gave a blind taste test to my husband. He definitely liked it better with the candy sweet pickles added (even though he says he hates sweet pickles.
