Absolutely wonderful- I made a few changes. I used a Vidalia onion, added some diced green pepper, and a cubed cucumber. It was more like an old recipe my mother used to make. The dressing has a great flavor just like it is.

This was good and easy to do. I had no issues with it being dry. I followed the recipe exactly with amounts. Im wondering if it was dry for some folks because they are using more then 2 cups of macaroni.

The wet ingredients combined taste made this amazing. You can add anything to the dry ingredients, whatever you prefer. This is a keeper recipe.

Very good, but I prefer shredded carrot rather than tomatoes.

Just made this for Memorial Day weekend ahead of time and I want to dig into it before hand. Perfect blend of all ingredients. I have a feeling it will be asked for again!

I make this with a few variations. Since I'm a vegan a subbed a non-dairy mayo and omitted sour cream, as well as the sugar (didn't want the sweetness. I finely chopped a couple of dill pickles and grated a carrot, and used 2 tsp Dijon mustard instead of the dry. It turned out great and is a nice filling for summer tomatoes that have been cut in half and hollowed out, or wrapped in lettuce leaves and rolled.

ok so this was good but it was a little dryier than the usual macroni salad that i'm use to, I added more sour cream and mayo after it chilled in the refrigerator. Not sure if I'll be making this again, might have to keep looking for another recipe.
