I used cilantro instead of the flat leaf parsley and added a little bit more mayo than the recipe called for. Delicious!!!

Really good recipe. I added some diced red bell pepper to it as well. I like that the recipe calls for soaking the onions for 5 minutes. That takes the bite out of the raw onion...made a big difference.

I really liked it. Easy to make. The red onion was pretty strong so maybe next time I will use less in order to get my kids to eat more.

Delicious! Made this recipe doubled to take the beach house July 4th weekend and it was all gone before lunch time even rolled around! I made it the night before and let it chill in the fridge overnight. Also, I omitted the tomatoes (for fear of them getting soggy and the red onions (too potent raw for me and added a little more egg and green onion. Huge hit!

This is a great receipe! I have already made it twice and turns out better each time. Before serving you should let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 mins +. For sure a summer fav! Easy to make as well.

I can see why this recipe got a "5 Star" review. The flavors in the dressing along with the tomatoes, onions, and celery are amazing! I will continue to use this recipe for macaroni salad.

I have to say that this was very bland. I was very disappointed, and I had to keep adding mayo, salt, and vinegar to get much flavor other than onion and parsley. I would have been better off with the cheater method (Marzetti cole slaw dressing, celery, sweet gherkin pickles, and optional onions.

This is delicious and pretty simple to put together. I multiplied the recipe by 6 for a big BBQ and it was a hit! I replaced the chopped tomato with diced red pepper, left out the parsley, and completely forgot to soak the red onion. At first taste I was afraid it was a bit too spicy, (most likely from me forgetting to soak the red onion but by the next day, the flavors had all melded together perfectly. I can't wait to make and eat this again!
