EASY & A KEEPER!!!
Got off work at 545pm ... made this... ready by 630!!! We had apple cheese soup with buffalo chicken pineapple wrap.... great fast meal!!! Will make this for Monday night Football!!!

This recipe is delicious! These are the changes I made:
I used one Gala apple and one Granny Smith
I added 1/2 tsp. curry powder
I used sharp cheddar cheese for all the cheese
I also cut back the amount of butter to about 3 Tbsp.
It is very creamy and rich. One recipe yields about 4 hearty servings

Excellent soup, easy to make! We made it for our family's first "Iron Chef" cookoff! It helped us to win the competition!! Everyone who tried it, wanted the recipe. You CANNOT go wrong with this recipe!

This is a great fall/winter comfort food! The recipe is easily halved to make a smaller batch. You can also add more milk, if you prefer a thinner soup. Try it!
