    I use a Pillsbury refrigerator crust because I'm into easy, but this filling it the absolute BEST apple pie filling in the Universe. The pink lady/golden delicious combination is divine! And the precooking makes the apples come out 100% perfect every time. I have even used a crumb topping on top instead of a second pie crust and that is great as well. Perfect for Thanksgiving, so easy to make and you'll get rave reviews!

    This was the best apple pie that i ever ate, the crust was just so moist and the apples were just so creamy.

    I know my way around a kitchen, but I like to keep things simple. This recipe was very easy and the results were very tasty. My wife says it's the best one that I have done.
