One of my friends work is a Sushi Fiend! So I made this recipe for her last day at work. It turned out awesome. I had to use some tricks for making the rice crispie ovals... i took an ice cream scoop (cookie dough scoop would work too. I sprayed it with cooking spray so the sticky rice crispie treats would slip out. i let them cool before i molded them... with buttered hands. I wish I could have found the exact candy used in the magazine... but i had to improvise. it was fun and had a great response from my co-workers. I cany wait to make more recipes from the April 2010 issue : thanks FNM!!

I made these for my daughter's second birthday party. They were a hit. I wish I had made more! I would suggest working with a friend since you kind of have to work while the cereal is still pliable.
